To give a specialist compliance and accounting firm a site that speaks directly to Canadian real estate brokerages: what the service covers, what it costs, and why a brokerage can trust it with trust-account reconciliation and CRA audits.
A design thinking process feeding an AI-assisted build. Personas, pain points and a MoSCoW cut settled what the site had to do, then wireframes and UI were taken straight into Replit, where AI-assisted development turned each screen into working, responsive pages, keeping the loop between designing a thing and seeing it live measured in minutes rather than handoffs.

Wireframes & Prototypes
- Structured the homepage as one continuous scroll: promise, proof, services, then a clear route to book.
- Put the outcome and a Book a Call button above the fold, with headline numbers directly beneath as proof.
- Grouped the services into a scannable card grid instead of a long list, so a brokerage can self-qualify fast.
- Gave the client portal its own block, so existing clients have an obvious way in rather than hunting for a login.
- Closed with FAQ and a final call to action to catch anyone still weighing it up.
Who I designed for
What gets in the way
- 01
Marcus Bell
Broker of RecordA RECO audit means weeks reconstructing records that should already have been in order.
- 02
Priya Shah
Deal AdministratorChasing agents for missing documents after closing, when the deal should already be audit-ready.
- 03
Dan Reyes
Real Estate AgentNo visibility on when a commission lands, or why the figure differs from what was expected.
- 04
Ellen Cormier
Finance ManagerTrust and commission accounts reconciled late, so month-end is a guess rather than a number.
- 05
Nadia Okafor
Compliance OfficerDeadlines tracked in a spreadsheet, so the first sign of a problem is a letter from the CRA.
- 06
Tom Whitfield
Small Business OwnerBooks that have fallen behind, and no clear idea what catching them up will cost.
